Welcome to Team PAAK

Hopefully this site will give you some useful information about how to approach an adventure race for the first time and you may not end up making the same mistakes.

When we decided to do this race we found it hard to find information that suited us. If you wanted to know how the professionals do it fine, but what if you just a couple of mates who want a challenge. We're not trying to fool ourselves, we are not here to win, we are here to do the best we can. Yes we are competitive but we are also realistic.

The food we are using at the moment is not necessarily the food we would be using on the race.

Our second training weekend in Eildon went well. It was very cold with the temperatures getting down to -2 degrees.
